MediConnect Healthcare is seeking a reliable virtual assistant to assist our operations team with day-to-day telehealth scheduling, patient coordination, and confidential record handling.
Your main responsibilities include:
Appointment Management: Book, confirm, and update virtual consultation slots via Google Calendar.
Data Entry: Input patient information into our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
Email Correspondence: Respond to inquiries using pre-approved templates and route complex issues to the medical team.
Follow-Up Communication: Send appointment reminders and feedback requests via email or SMS.
We’ll provide clear training materials, workflow templates, and communication guidelines so you can perform tasks independently with confidence.
Strong English communication (both written and verbal).
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets).
Basic understanding of HIPAA-like privacy compliance.
