Reliable Data Entry Assistant

I need reliable, intermediate-level support to help manage inbox operations and maintain organised records efficiently. Your responsibilities will mainly involve handling incoming emails by identifying priority messages, drafting quick responses where necessary, and organising communication into properly labelled folders to ensure nothing is overlooked.
In addition, you will be responsible for entering data from forms and spreadsheets into existing systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate should already be comfortable handling both administrative and data entry responsibilities independently, with minimal supervision, while also being able to recommend simple workflow improvements that increase efficiency and save time.
Strong communication, regular progress updates, and professionalism when handling client information are highly important for this role.

Deliverables will include:
