I’m looking for a reliable, intermediate-level personal virtual assistant (PVA) to assist me with supporting clients in their job application processes on major U.S.-based job platforms. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing application tasks from start to finish.
Search for relevant job openings daily on LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
Submit job applications on behalf of clients based on provided information and resume details
Track and record application statuses in an organized system (such as spreadsheets or project management tools)
Ensure all applications are submitted accurately and promptly
Provide regular progress updates and communicate clearly on application outcomes
Prior experience working in a similar role, especially handling job applications
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay consistent without constant supervision
Sharp attention to detail and a professional work ethic
Experience in customer service, social media marketing, or data entry
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Trello, or Airtable
