• A camera operator experienced in professional-grade film equipment
• A lighting specialist who can design and manage mixed lighting setups for different environments
• Flexible team members who can work on location (indoors/outdoors)
• Creative input is welcome to enhance the overall production quality
• Ability to communicate and collaborate on set effectively

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with cinema cameras (RED, Blackmagic, Canon, etc.)
• Knowledge of lighting gear, color temperature balance, and scene mood setting
• Experience with day-to-night transitions and shadow control
• Ability to troubleshoot and adjust under time-sensitive conditions
• Past work in narrative films, ads, music videos, or YouTube content
